So, you want to order custom pin? In order to customize your pin, we’ll need to know all about what you’re looking for. Please fill out our quick and easy quote request form and we’ll e-mail you a complete price quote along with a digital proof depicting what your lanyards will look like when produced. The quote request form takes only a few minutes to fill out and will allow you to let us know everything about what you want out of a custom pin. Shortly after we have received your quote request we will send you a price quote. If you’re happy with your quote and proof, you can then place your order online. If you have any changes, we can easily make them before you order. Changes can easily be submitted via your quote.
Like any other online purchase, we require you to pay for your items before we can ship them. In this case, since we are creating a custom product for you, we cannot begin production until we receive your payment. Of course, there are always exceptions to the rule. If you’re ordering for a school or government organization, we can accept a purchase order on net 30 terms. If your corporation requires a different payment procedure, please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to meet your needs.
After your order has been placed we will start production. Production and delivery time varies greatly with the quantity and style of pins being ordered. A simple order of 100 pins will generally arrive to you in 7 to 10 days. Large orders can take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. If you have a deadline you can add it when you request a quote and we will try to rush the order to meet your deadline. If we can’t meet your deadline we will let you know.
When your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking information and a link so that you can track your order. You can check the status of your package once it’s in transit.
You can also sign up for shipment notifications. You’ll be notified when your package is about to be delivered, and when it’s been delivered.
